Wee Create Studio is always cheerful, colorful, and welcoming! Our space is the perfect setting for a special kids art celebration! At Wee Create, we believe that birthdays are super special, and we know how to throw a party! Book your child's art party with us, and allow us to do all the hard work and organizing needed to make your birthday boy or girl’s wishes come true!
Along with your help, we will plan the perfect party for your child. We will work with any theme you have in mind, to create a special art project and atmosphere for the party. Every party will include a themed art project for each child to make and take home, a group cardboard birthday “cake” decorating session, and a unique name banner memento for the guests to decorate.
It is a two-step process: 1) Complete and send the Information and Request Form to Amy Major at Wee Create. Amy will review your request, make sure there is no scheduling conflict and contact you to proceed with submitting your deposit. 2) Submit the non-refundable deposit ($125) and plan to have a fun, messy, artistic celebration for wee artists.
Other Conditions and Factors to Consider:
*Parties are conducted on Saturdays or Sundays (Friday evenings can be arranged on a needed basis with Amy), and must be booked at least two weeks prior to the desired date. Please see our party booking application for time slots. If you have another time/day in mind, please add this to the comment box in the party registration form. We will try to accommodate your needs as best as possible.
*You will have a two hour time slot reserved for you. However, the party time itself is 1.5 hours which gives you 15 mins at the beginning of your time slot for set-up and 15 mins at the end for clean-up. Our staff will assist the parents of the birthday child to make this run smoothly. We will set-up and clean-up all art activities and supplies. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
*Cost for a 2-hour time slot is $275. This includes everything mentioned above for 12 children (some art project themes will have additional supply fees added). This rate covers all participating children, including the birthday child and any siblings. Wee Create can accommodate up to 15 children; each additional child is $20.
*The parents/guardians of the birthday child must stay and help co-host. Party guests, ages 4+, may have a drop-off option. Party guests, 3 and younger, must have an adult caregiver (16 yrs or older) accompany them at the party.
*For parties of children ages 3 and older, you will choose one of the art activities listed on the registration form. We can modify any of these themes to fit your needs (an additional fee may apply for supplies). For parties of children younger than 3, we can discuss what art projects might work best. You can choose a theme when filling out the request form, and we can work from there.
*Families will need to provide their own party refreshments, as well as paper supplies, any party favors, and themed decoration if desired. The staff at Wee Create is happy to help plan and offers suggestions if needed.
*During your party time, no other events will be conducted at Wee Create Studio.
A sample party itinerary:
9:45-10:00 am - Arrival of party family and set-up
10:00-10:15 am - Guests arrive
10:15-11:00 am - Decorate banner, cardboard birthday “cake”, art project
11:00-11:30 am - Refreshments and presents (if wanted)
11:30-11:45 am - Guest departure, and clean-up
This is an example of a two-hour party time slot. If you envision something different to fit your event better, we are more than happy to try and accommodate.
How To Schedule Your Birthday Party:
Please continue on to our party information and reservation page and submit your request. If you have any ideas that aren’t listed, or would like to alter any of our art project themes to best fit the wishes of your child, please let us know! Once you submit your registration form and request, Amy will contact you to make sure the date you want is available and review other party details.
After finalizing your party details with Amy, you will be asked to proceed to our payments page, and make a non-refundable $125 deposit. At this time your party will be officially booked, and your time/day slot reserved. The remainder of your party payment will be collected at the time of your party.
**Please Note** Once you have booked your party, and paid your deposit, this time slot will be reserved for you. Due to scheduling and the respect of our staff, please note we cannot cancel your event and refund your deposit. However, if there is an unexpected health issue, or unforeseen circumstance, we will be happy to work with you to re-schedule your event with-in a three-month period.
If you have completed your information and request form and finalized details about your party with Amy, please submit a $125.00 non-refundable deposit for your party. The remainder of the balance is due on the day of the party.
