Birthday Parties

Birthday parties are conducted on Saturdays or Sundays (Friday evenings can be arranged on a needed basis). If you have another time/day in mind, please contact us here (link to contact page). We will try to accommodate your needs as best as possible. All events must be booked at least two weeks prior to the desired date.

The rate for a 2 hour time slot is $325 for our Arty Party. This provides 1.5 hours for the actual party, with 15 mins at the beginning of your time slot for set-up and 15 mins at the end for clean-up. This rate covers up to 12 children, including the birthday child and any siblings. Each additional child is $20. Each of. our party packages have tiers of attendee numbers, as well as add-ons for parties.

The parents/guardians of the birthday child must stay and help co-host for the entire 2 hour time reservation. Party guests ages 4+ may have a drop-off option. Party guests 3 years old and younger, must have an adult caregiver (16 yrs or older) accompany them at the party. In some circumstances, depending on how large the party is, we will ask that only ONE parent stays per child.

Wee Create has a wide variety of party themes. When booking your party, you will choose one of the art activities listed on the registration form.  We can modify any of these themes to fit your needs (additional supply fees may apply for certain projects/themes). For parties of children younger than 3, we can discuss what art projects might work best. Simply choose a theme when filling out the request form, and we can work from there!

Our party packages are designed to accommodate a variety of needs. For our base party package, Arty Party, families will provide their own party refreshments, paper supplies, and themed decorations if desired. As the party packages progress, you will see options for birthday treats and pizza to be provided by us! Our staff is happy to help plan and offer suggestions if needed.

Fill out the reservation form with your information, submit your non-refundable deposit, and you are booked!

Upon booking and payment, your party will be officially booked and your time/day slot reserved.  The remainder of your party payment will be collected at the time of your event.

Once you have submitted payment, we will email you a confirmation. We will then run through any specific details or needs that may be unique to your celebration.

Once you have booked your party and paid your non-refundable deposit, this time slot will be reserved for you. Due to scheduling and the respect of our staff’s time, please note we cannot cancel your event and refund your deposit. However, if there is an unexpected health issue, or unforeseen circumstance, we’re happy to reschedule your event within the following three-month period.

At Wee Create, we are lucky enough to have TWO studio spaces. We have a main level space, and a lower level space. These two spaces will be booked at the same time. However, the studio space you have booked will be used ONLY for your party. The spaces are very seperate, and private.

Here is a sample party itinerary:

9:45-10:00am - Arrival of host family and set-up

10:00-10:15am - Guests arrive

10:15-11:00am - Decorate banner, large fake birthday “cake”, and art project

11:00-11:30am - Refreshments and presents (if wanted)

11:30-11:45am - Guest departure and clean-up

This is an example of a two-hour party time slot.  If you envision something different to fit your event better, we are more than happy to try and accommodate!

Each of our party packages are designed in a way to accommodate a variety of party sizes. However, you can add additional guests onto each of the packages as needed. Each additional party guest will be $25 each over the included amount in the party package.

There are some restrictions based on which of our party studios you book. Our Monet studio (located on the main level) can accommodate up to 22 children. Our Matisse party studio (located on the lower level) can accommodate up to 15 children. Please take these numbers into consideration when you are booking your party. They are in place for a reason.
