As parents of young kids, we are all familiar with the popular learning tools of STEAM. This educational practice is a way of including five main pillars of thought: Science, Technology, Engineering, ART, and Mathematica. As a former elementary art teacher, I know how valuable the ART in STEAM really is, and this week we will be taking a deep dive!
Throughout this week-long camp, we will show these campers how fun science, technology, engineering, and mathematics can be when the aspect of ART is added! From Art and Science, to how Art and Mathematics go together in so many different, creative and fun ways!
Please send a snack and a water bottle with each camper. This is a drop-off camp; dress your campers accordingly, we will get messy!
